Medical educator B.A. – Teacher in health professions with interdisciplinary expertise

As a medical educator (B.A.) with extensive practical experience in the healthcare industry, I bring a versatile and interdisciplinary perspective to my teaching. I am currently deepening my knowledge in my master's degree in order to develop modern didactic methods and innovative teaching concepts that meet the requirements of the healthcare system. My professional experience as a teacher enables me to design practical and target group-oriented educational offerings. Through my interdisciplinary orientation, I create a space for effective knowledge transfer and promote collaboration between different departments - always with the aim of optimally preparing future specialists for their tasks.

    Vocational training as a medical assistant.

    MT-L

    Training as a state-recognized Medical technologist for laboratory medicine at the University Hospital in Cologne. Passed Final examination in gynecological cytodiagnostics.

  • Since 2004

    MT-L

    Extensive experience in the field of histology with expertise in five pathologies, i.a. in immunohistochemistry, bone marrow diagnostics and the independent cutting of tissue samples.

    Practical Supervisor

    A completed training as a practical tutor in Dortmund gives me various tools for practical lessons in the MT-L area.

    QA

    I have successfully completed my further training to become a quality management representative (QA) and now provide advice in various healthcare facilities. My goal is to support the implementation and compliance with the DIN EN ISO 9001 standards and the DIN EN ISO 15189 and 17020 guidelines. Through these certifications, we work together to standardize processes, make them more efficient and targeted, and continually make optimizations. My approach not only promotes the quality of services, but also the satisfaction of patients and employees in the facilities.

    Bachelor in Medical Education

    I successfully completed my bachelor's degree in medical education at the Medical School Hamburg (MSH) part-time. During my studies I was able to acquire extensive knowledge in the areas of educational science, didactics and health promotion. This further training not only gave me theoretical insights, but also gave me practical skills that enable me to design effective teaching and learning processes in the medical field. I am currently studying part-time for my master's degree at MSH.
